Be cautious with any dealings with Kim Pease and Faces International Agency. She is dishonest, vindictive and manipulative. She has a notorious reputation for being a scam artist with her "business", which is she claims is very sucessfull, yet posts through social media she is unable to pay her bills. She lost her office space because she could not pay, her actors, past and present, warn people not to sign with her. In the past she has not paid her employees and when held accountable and backed into a corner her response always is denial, then the "poor pitiful me" routine, then flattery, then she will turn it against you to make herself look like the victim. There is always an excuse with her for not being able to pay, not being prepared and not following through. Several people in the area refuse to work with her. She will lie to your face. She will take your money. She will take advantage of you. She promotes these talent cruises from which she gets a big kick back. She was reported to the state film office for unethical practices. She is unprofessional and dangerous.
