Kimball & McCallister, KMS Business Solutions, Timothy Lebray, Sean Carter, KMS Business Service Group, FREE GOVT GRANT MONEY and GOVT CONTRACT TELEMARKETING SCAM Lake Havasu City Arizona
Kimball & McCallister consists of two scammers, Sean Carter and Timothy Lebray who claim to be experts in setting up new businesses, 501c3 non profits and getting people FREE grant money. They have no business knowledge and are just fast talkers. They scam people out of money saying they need to hurry because the FREE money is going quick.
Each client I reviewed had invested between $1,000 to $5,000 dollars and never got anything except "Lip Service". They prey on targeted markets such as construction, truckers, small business owners ect. They use Vonage call phones to change their phone numbers daily.They also contract with a telemarketing dialer service, write a script, contract with a verification company to make themselves look real. Buy a membership to the US Better Business Bureau and say they have no complaints.
They are listed with the AZ BBB but no one is able to rate them as they do not really belong to the BBB. They work out of their home in Las Vegas Nevada but use Lake Havasu City AZ as a money drop to make them again LOOK real. They do not pay their employees and are being investigated by the AZ Attorney General & the Lake Havasu Police Dept.
I was hired by this outfit and after 2 days realized they were scammers and I turned all their files over to the police. The police seized the files as each file contained uncashed checks. They tell you to fed ex them a check then they automatically withdraw the money from your account and keep the uncashed check for additional extortion at a later date. BE AWARE These guys are crooks....

Contact the Lake Havasu City Arizona Police Department if you need to verify this Fraud Scam... They will tell you the TRUTH....

IMMEDIATE RESPONSE NEEDED TIME SENSITIVE MATERIALS Dear Sir or Madam, Report # 350415 We have tried numerous time to contact your company (RIP OFF REPORT.COM) in regards to these false statements posted on your website by a disgruntle Ex- independent contractor, CAROL LEGG , that was hired by our company to perform services/ Grant writing for our company. This contractor is currently being prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for various crimes committed against the company as a contractor before and after termination of her contract, CAROL LEGG. Just as you are a legitimate business we are also. So I'm sure you can understand the value of your company's reputation. CAROL LEGG is not only in a criminal Lawsuit for theft of our client data base and breech of contract but also a civil lawsuit for defamation of character and slander, which is blatantly being shown on your website. Our company is now taking on undue justice and being wrongfully scrutinized because of her lies and misconduct. To date CAROL LEGG is using your website to direct our stolen data base of our clients to your site, to tell them that our company is fraudulent and scamming monies from our clients. THIS IS FALSE. CAROL LEGG is also reselling our own clients off our services and onto herself so she can make a financial gain off this incident. This only happened because Ms. CAROL LEGG wasn't paid $700.00 for working 2 days in the first week of hire. We gave CAROL LEGG $120.00 advance the first day we hired her. We told CAROL LEGG that shed be PAID the following week for her first week of work, like any normal job in America. CAROL LEGG then got upset because she needed the money so bad, that she then stole files the following day and company records and copied them first, AND THEN took them to the police to make a report against our company, Due to the fact that she had no money when she took the position. THIS IS CLEARLY A CASE OF A DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEE /CONTRACTOR. So to re-iterate she's using your online website to continue to commit more crimes against our company and capitalize personal financial gain by slandering our company and our staff. This is an open investigation being handled by the local police department including the Attorney General, you as a company are currently without your knowledge assisting in various crimes that this contractor still is committing. We ask that you remove all false allegations that CAROL LEGG is placing on your website immediately. WE RECOMMEND NOT HIRING CAROL LEGG.
