I contacted Kimberly at Fastspells.com after seeing that she had a 100% money back guarantee and after reading information about her and her "coven" on ratecaster.com as being 10/10 for in regards to their spells working. WOW! What a scam and I bet ratecaster.com is a part of the scam too.

After initial contact, Kimberly was great about answering questions and addressing my concerns. She even went as far as telling me what a beautiful name I have...anything to make the sale I guess.

She then informed me that she could handle my situation, even make the intended person's bad behavior stop...should have been my first clue. She told me that she was going to give me a great deal and only charge me $395.00 for a $2200.00 package! She sold me already...with lots of promises and lies. So, I paid her the $395.00 for a custom spell, which by the way, is not covered by her 100% money back guarantee. She claimed that she would be in contact with me daily during the spell casting...it didn't happen. In fact, once she got her money, she pretty much blew me off. She did respond to my emails, but it was always "no worries."

Once I got smart and realized that I was scammed, I contacted PayPal and filed a dispute. Well, once she got wind of that, Kimberly was VERY quick to respond with threats to include ruining my credit if she had to refund the money. It went on and on to the point that I felt so threatened...because even PayPal couldn't/wouldn't help...that I caved in and canceled the dispute with PayPal. Kimberly was so pleased that she promised to work on my case and do $150.00 worth of free work for me and that she would get back to me within a few days.

Well, since we all know that this is a scam, you can guess the outcome, I never heard from her again.

I then sent her an email letting her know that she is a scam artist and that I hope she is happy that she scammed a single mother out of $395.00. Needless to say, she didn't respond to that email. These con artists work hard to get your money and then they fall of the face of the earth.

Just as a warning...PayPal could care less. Since these are intangible services, they will not cover the money you spend with their guarantee and the only way you will get your money back is if the con artist agrees to give it back to you.

On her response to PayPal, Kimberly stated that she was requesting PayPal to make their usual decision in her favor, so it's obvious that she has had this problem before...probably many times.

BUYER BEWARE...FASTSPELLS.COM AND KIMBERLY ARE A SCAM AND ONLY OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY!!

Several weeks ago I decided to contact my credit card company in order to take that route to get a refund on the money paid to Kimberly Rose and initiated the process. Then, on September 2, 2008 I decided to e-mail Kimberly one last because we had passed the 60-day point with no results but worsening of the situation. Kimberly actually agreed to give me the refund...BUT...THERE IS MORE TO THIS STORY! The day after Kimberly agreed to the refund, my credit card company contacted PayPal. Well, I guess that when Kimberly saw that PayPal was holding $395.00 in her account, she flipped her lid because she then proceeded to send me a threatening email telling me that I have 24 hours to cancel the dispute or she would sue me, take me to collections for much more than $395.00, and ruin my credit! Along with all of that, she still tried to pretend that she was a caring, loving person and that she would give me $600.00 worth of credit toward her services (yeah right), continue to work on my case, and that way I was ensuring that that $395.00 was BACK WHERE IT NEEDED TO BE, i.e. in her pockets, and would have no further troubles in having to deal with her legal team, having my wages garnished, and costing myself even more money. After all of this, she then still had the audacity to say that she was "still the same sweet woman." I have now again contacted my credit card company and they have advised me that they are now handling the situation and to just let them deal with her. PLEASE...IF ANYONE READS THIS...BEWARE!!! KIMBERLY ROSE IS A SCAM ARTIST AND A BULLY!
