The court in Guaymas will stop the wrongdoings of Susan Marie Wheaton Canale and her group, Kimberly Reid McDonald, Jose Luis Canale Escalante, and Zurdo Rodriguez, their friend as their news reporter. Our law firm found Kimberly and Susan responsible for requesting to their costumers for power of attorneys with the only finality to rob them their properties Susan Canale do not have Nurse license in MEXICO she is totality illegal as a NURSE. Mrs. Canale however has been working in Doctor Canale and Susan, and Kimberly did not paid the proper taxes to Federal Government, Canale and wife Susan Wheaton de Canale did lots of plastic surgeries charging thousands of dollars, with out permission from Health department. It is interesting to note that Eric B Evatt would claim wrong doing on other's part when he filed two bogus legal actions against an American developer claiming to have worked for the company. The lawsuits were railroaded through the Mexican legal system without the American's knowledge because the court notices were delivered to Eric B Evatt's wife Catalina Ordaz Aguiar de Evatt's house.

The Mexican legal system has ruled against Catalina Ordaz Aguiar de Evatt twice in her recent attempts to 'claim' property from an American. I have counted 4 current legal actions against Catalina Ordaz Aguiar de Evatt or Catalina Ordaz Aguiar.

Kimberly is a wonderful real estate agent. She has requested legal power of attorneys from property owners to facilitate sales when the owners are outside of Mexico. This a normal procedure for all real estate agents. All of these documents are prepared by an attorney or through The Mexican Consulate's legal department. There is no wrong doing with these documents.
I am a registered nurse and have assisted my Mexican husband (doctor) as a office manager/receptionist for 16 years. I have my working papers and do not work illegally. We pay our taxes.
My husband's clinic is fully licensed by The Department of Health in Sonora. We have a wonderful plastic surgeon who visits from Hermosillo to perform all surgeries.
The Arizona-Sonora Commission is very aware of all legal actions against the Ordaz family.
The MLS is also very aware of all legal actions against the Ordaz family.
The American Consulate has a huge file of complaints regarding the Ordaz family.
The residents of San Carlos are very tired of this type of harassment and slander against law abiding residents.
We invite any investigative reporter or newspaper to visit and look into all of these allegations.

I am disappointed that a web site would print unfounded information against me, and my company without doing some type of investigation first.

Her main activity in San Carlos is destroying others, filing frivolous law suits, costing others large sums of money, to defend themselves.
Ask the retired Senator John Mellon. He has some good stories to tell about this family, and s****.>
Catalina's brother even went to the extent of filing a false battery report against me, when I wasn't even there. I guess in Mexico, it isn't a crime to lie.
