Beware of George and Kerrie Resler Kinghospitality.com. They lease properties and bounce deposit and rent checks. They write checks from their business account King Hospitality and also from personal bank accounts located in Maryland. The checks bounce and they make excuses that they are waiting for payment on business accounts etc... They will pay just enough to get by and rip you off of the money owed you.
They have criminal theft, bad checks and civil cases (contract lease) pending against them for doing this to several other property owners and businesses in Maryland. Cases active are in the tens of thousands. They won't show up to court and they defy court orders. They move out one or two days prior to sheriff eviction. They claim to be ex military?
They also will not report repairs needed to property and then complain that property needs repairs. Avoid the hassle and do not rent or lease to these scam artists unless you want to get ripped off!
George also claims to be a district manager for 3 pizza restaurants in the Baltimore area and Kerrie claims to be a gov contractor / sub contractor @ Aberdeen proving grounds Maryland.
We are filing another suit against them for lease, over and above the $17,000 they owe plus attorney fees. Save yourself the nightmare and don't fall for these professional long time seasoned scam artists!
