I have been to this jewler three times and on each occassion witnessed what I believe to be questionable behavior.  First I went to their store to have a clasp on a bracelet fixed and was advised by the jeweler that the clasp needed to be fixed but that the bracelet needed "roto-dipping" and that without that chemical dip the clasp would break again.  The quoted charge was $250 so I left.  I then went to Mayors and the clasp was fixed for less than $50 and I was told that the so called "roto-dipping" simply would not have anything to do with a clasp breaking.  Next, I happened to be getting ice cream at a business a few doors down and simply went into the store to window shop with absolutely no desire to purchase after having my prior bad experience.  While window shopping in the store I witnessed two different salesman quoting the same piece of jewelry to two different customers with a price differential of thousands of dollars.

I understand that they are in business to make money but a man was quoted thirteen thousand for a necklace and then I witnessed them about ten minutes later quote a woman twice the price for the same necklace.  The final occurence was when a friend took his son to have his watch simply have a link taken out of the bracelet, I had coffee with them so I waited for them outside.   When they came out of the store they advised me that besides trying to convice the father that he should pay them $250 to verify that he had a real watch, the same salesman quoted $45 to remove a link from the watch bracelet when the cashier said the charge was $10.  I guess buyer beware.  Maybe they think that this is normal business but in my opinion be very careful.  Maybe this is normal business for Miami or for jewlers but I do not personally think so.  I even went to their Yelp reviews and noticed they had a huge number of very bad reviews and then after each bad review they would have a five star view posted.  Is someone posting a five star review for them as soon as they get a bad review?  I don't know but I am very suspicious.  I guess buyer beware, there are many other jewlers out there.
