After doing some digging to see if we were the first company to be screwed over by King Kong, we discovered that their Facebook page had all of 4 public visitor posts (odd for a company that has been developed for multiple years with 11'000+ Page likes? Multiple members of their marketing team had left 5 star reviews on their google reviews page INCLUDING the business CEO Sabri Suby (Has since been deleted).
I was initially only after a simple free ebook to help my marketing skills. Shortly after I was hounded with phone calls, emails, and my entire phone and web browser were covered with King Kong ads. Clearly these guys have ad optimisation down pat.
Not only can you not find any negative reviews anywhere, the only pages you can find in relation to King Kong are ones of their own website and others that have been set up by the company.
We have had some copies produced for us (2 weeks late mind you) and when approaching them to discover why the quality of work they have produced looks like a 2 year old with a crayon - they simply apologised and said 'we can work on more'. Regardless of the fact that it has taken countless hours to re-do and adjust the work they have provided.
We are chasing a refund to no avail as the contract contains a strict no refund policy. I'm honestly furious as they are requesting we stay the remainder of our 3 month term despite this being an absolute nightmare and us already having to invest more money than it's worth into re-doing the campaigns.
Beyond dissapointed that we were roped into working with this ridiculous company and thoroughly urge no one to EVER trust King Kong with their business unless you feel like having your work completed by monkeys..

My situation is the same , Subri is very good at marketing himself and his company but he cannot do the same for your company because he is not the person doing the work. Probably if he did the work for you, you may get a benefit.
I have spend $29000. with King Kong for ZERO benefit. Now they are trying to demand another $10,000 from me to complete their 12 month contract. They have not done any work for more than 6 months. Their entire growth seems to be based on ripping people off by contract.
People ripped off ought to get together and file a complaint through ASIC, consumer Affairs and any other government Agency.
Are you you willing to look into the possibility of getting money back from King Kong for the misleading marketing they do . I have all the emails they sent to me. They never put the sales person who makes promises back in front of you once you sign the contract. Their technical people say that they dont really know what sales people promise but they are now there to do the work. You are unlikely to ever get a good result from King Kong staff.
