I was called about taking a tour last October of 2014. I set up a day to go and take a tour of the property, and to see what they had to offer. Lisa was a great guide but when it came down to feeling the pressure of purchase all I can say is if you don't have the money the sales person treat you like s**t. It feels like they look down on you which I already knew how this was going to plan out for me being a college student with two daughters. They didn't know if I had a job or not they just wanted me to purchase, purchase, and purchase! I was sent upstairs to another area to collect my free gift and ended up purchasing in their department.
Z was awesome and I had told her how the sales person treated me downstairs. So I went from arriving there by 11 a.m. and not leaving until around 5p.m. No one discussed the paperwork with me all of the guest who came to tour were all gone and I was tired and getting irritated. So when I had questions about the contract I can't get a call back and its been 3 months so if I have to go and see the person in charge for an explanation why his employees can't call me back. I do regret even purchasing because it is suppose to be an exiciting time for anyone, but all they want is your money! Now they make me sick.
