Kings Creek Plantation LIARS! Company assured "buy back" of the property should you no longer desire the property, but that's not true! Too many sale men; Too many lies!!! Williamsburg Virginia
We travled to Kings Creek Plantation in Williamsburg, Va to receive free airfare tickets upon touring an up and coming community. After the tour and upon sitting with the "saleman" we discovered how hard it was to leave the building without purchasing estate, not because it's such a great deal, but because after you reject the first group of salesman, they send you upstairs to another individual to push the deal on you. They told us to go upstairs to retreive the airfare tickets promised, but those were withheld from us until we made a purchase.
During the negotation the gentleman stated that the company would buy the property back from you should you decide that it is not a good investment or that you no longer desire the property. With that said, we signed the paperwork. Big Mistake! Now that I have lost my job and can not afford the estate, the representative of Owner Services for Kings Creek Plantation says that Kings Creek doesn't "buy back" the properties, and if they did, the property would have to be paid for in full, so you would be giving the property back to them to sell to someone else at full price while you walk away empty handed.
I encourage everyone to stay away from this place. Do not believe the hype and glammer that they display. We thought we asked all the right questions, and even though we did, we still got lies.
