Kirby Of South Jacksonville fraudulent selling techniques dishonest people Jacksonville Florida
I ordered a vacuum from these people for over $1500.00, which was stupid of me. I called them and asked them to pick up the vacuum two days later and cancel the check and the credit line I had opened. They picked up the vacuum and told me that the check would be mailed three days later. Five days later, I called to ask where my money was and was told that I would have to contact a different number.
I did so and received and VERY rude lady who told me she had no ideal that I had the vacuum picked up six days ago and that her computers were down and therefore she would have to call me back to verify I was telling the truth. I received no phone call and therefore called her back the next day. She stated that she had put my check in the mail the previous day. Five days later, no check.
I call back and ask again where my check is and she states that it should be in the mail. Till now no resolution. Hoping I get my money back, but I will never do business with Kirby of South Jacksonville again...
