During the year 2005 a young salesperson want to let her in to sell a vacum cleaner I did not have any rugs or carpets at the time she demortrated i was not happy i wanted her to leave but she countuned on then she told me to sign with out reading the contracts fast she also promised me dinner ticket which was a trick. I was mad.
so the person did pull a fast one on me did not explain anything did not tell me about the return until 15 days after when i wanted to return it. so so im stuck with this vacum cleaner.
Furthermore In december of 2005 my phone sevice was turn on I recived a call from them without giving my telphone number or without my permission Kirby kept calling 2 to 9 times a day harassing me and family. I was wrongfuly lied to they not tell me i had three days to decide to return it i dont know what to do can you help me?? Thank You kindly

They Lied To Me Harrasing Me and my family theatened to poision my credit report with Experian which they alerady did Got my Telephone number Calling me everyday since December 2005 which a man named Tom Boyd at 1-800 547-2962 is the head of ripping people like me off.
