Kirkshire Hotels & Resorts Ray Kyukendall I Con artist Ray Kyukendall poses as high-net-worth individual and hotel owner - SCAM!! West Palm Beach Nationwide
Ray Kuykendall plays himself off as a high-net-worth individual with multiple hotels and properties. At one point he even claimed to be in negotiations to buy an airline company. He forwards bogus bank statements and tells tall tales about all of the assets he has. We were working with Ray to help finance a commercial building in Illinois when he asked for help with funds to secure a purchase agreement. Ray said his funds were tied up because he was going through a divorce. We signed a contract to loan Ray $50K which was put in a Chicago Title escrow. Next thing we know the money is gone and so is Ray. The commercial building is still on the market. Chicago Title will not disclose where the money went (be careful of this organization too). DO NOT FALL FOR RAY KUYKENDALL'S LIES.
