I must say that I happy to see that I am not alone as a disgruntled WorldCom Wireless customer. However, reading the complaints of others has led me to become more irrate with the poor billing service I have experienced. I see an average of $400 - $1500 billing complaints from everyone else.

No one has a bill larger than mine. I have had wireless service from MCI WorldCom for about 15 months and never recieved a billing invoice in regularity. I didn't recieved my first bill for September of 2000 until January of 2001. I didn't get my bill for October of 2000 until March of 2001 and I didn't get my bill for Noveber and December of 2000 until April of 2001.

After that I didn't see another bill until August of 2001. Yes, do the math, I didn't recieve another bill until 8 months later. So that means I was was billed for over half a year in one billing statement. I have sympathy for everyone elses financial woes, but you will feel better knowing that your bill is not over $6,000.

Oh yes honey, WorldCom expects me to pay over $6,000 for 9 months of wireless services. I have written a letter to their corporate offices and the better Business Bureau. I want the world to know that this has been the worst service I have ever recieved from any institution and I have no intentions of paying them that much money.

MCI Worlcom Wireless better own up to their responsibility for this problem and offer their customers a better payment solution. If they can't compromise, then I will be dead and six feet under with WorldCom Wireless still holding their hand out for that money!
