Kiss Chanel designs scammed me out of a website and merchandise. I was lucky enough to see through this lady who was too push and uncertain get a refund just in time. After that encounter she offered to work on it for free. I was skeptical at first but allowed her to just make an IG graphic for us. She wanted me to leave a testimonial on her website in exchange for one of our weight loss garments and promo photos. I left the testimonial the following day. After receiving our garment she emailed me stating she would take the photos and send it that weekend. Almost a month later still no photos, so I emailed her back and she stated she didn't feel comfortable taking pictures in the garment. We never asked her to expose any body parts and she has several photos on IG with her exposing her cleavage and thighs. She went on to send a cease and desist letter. She deleted all of our website info off of our domain which she created for us after receiving the court papers in the mail. I later asked her to remove my testimonial from her website and she refused to do so. Not only did she attempt to scam me through web design services but she took our garment ($100 value) , refused to remove my testimony off of her website, send the promo photos and deleted our information on the website that another company was working on for us, I had no choice but to take legal action. The judge took my side in the matter and she was ordered to remove my testimony and pay us back. They've scammed other companies as well .. I've seen them social media which caused me to right this report. Beware of this company!!
