Kiwi Services is a total RIP OFF! I had them clean my carpets in March 04. I moved EVERY piece of furniture off the carpet except my chair and couch. They refused to move it with the help of my husband. In their marketing advertisement it specifies that they move furniture. It is a bulleted point with no disclaimer. They use a floor buffer with a cloth bonnet attached to 'rub your floor clean' I guess. The contract worker that I was assigned was unprepared for the job and used towels instead. There was dog hair clumps on the floor when finished that the wife/helper semi-picked up.

I called immediately after they left for a refund. They said they would have to schedule a redo with a supervisor before one could be sumbitted. I agreed knowing full well they would not be permitted to touch my carpet once arrived. The supervisor was late for the appt. After his review he agreed that I should be entitled to a refund.

It has been over 30 days and I have contacted the main office daily. No one will return my calls. I left messages for Jennifer Robertson, Lindsay Brough, Paul Semaine and Angela Eideh- every business day for the whole month of March. No return phone calls.

I've been left with no choice but to contact an attorney. Please spare yourself the hassle and humility of it all. DO NOT do business with them and tell everyone you know not to also. Word of mouth is the best advertisement!
