Tried to enter a flight search for HKT on the website and it switched my departure location to LGK (which I booked without noticing) Returned to the site and was able to duplicate the problem Contacted customer service and was told to make my changes using "manage my flights" feature on the website Made changes and asked for a breakdown of any charges which customer service refused I made a screenshot of the search error and asked for a refund I was told that no refund is available for my flight
