KJJ*BEAUTYWAY Suddenly-Free Garcinia Cambogia In Mail Pleasant Grove Utah
Just home from hospital on 5/27/16, unsolicited Garcinia Cambogia pills were in mail pile. Thought it was sample, joke or well meaning friend. I tossed them. Got another bottle yesterday on 6/30/16. I Figured I'd do them a favor and stop the delivery of something I toss. I finally reached them at a strip mall (*** * ***** **** ****-***, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062) by googling address and calling #s using that address. On the 3rd try a guy told me I was not in his database. He said try "***-***-****". Bingo!
This guy wanted the phone# for my account. I said I had no account but that they have my name & address. I was not going to give my phone number. He found me on his computer and told me I had ordered the crap on 5/13 for $4.95 with my credit card. I said no way. I don't buy or even look at goofy weight reduction pills. When I asked, he gave me digits from my credit card that were on file. On top of that he informed me that $4.95 was the introductory price. The one I got yesterday was full price @ $79.68. I told him something hinky was going on and he said, "OK, I'll give you a 50% discount for the current charge but I can't do anything about the $4.95.". I told him I wanted all charges removed and that I would be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges. He said, OK, he'll give me a 100% refund on the current charge that will show up on my account in about 7 days. That's just for the one $79.68. I said OK but decided screw that. They had ripped off the $4.95 also and it smelled like a scam.
So, I called my credit card company and they took my report. They informed me that the jerks had just charged another $79.68 on 6/26. So I owed them about $165 total for crap from 5/13, 5/27 and 6/26 that I never heard of.
Moral: Look a gift horse in the mouth and watch your credit statements. If they don't take PayPal online then they don't get my business.
