Complaint Review: Kormans Meadowbrook Apartments - huntingdon valley Pennsylvania

Do Not Move Here. There will be a new problem everyday. Your shower might not work, your toilets may overflow, you will have mold, you may even have your toilet, tub and sink overflow with feces a raw sewage, the cleanup will be on you to pay for, if you dispute the contamination here, and put your rent in escrow until you have a hearing YOU WILL NOT WINO CAN'T WIN KORMAN OWNS ABINGTON TOWNSHIP. I HAD ALL THE PICTURES, JUST BROUGHT HOME A BABY FROM HOLY REDEEMER, ONLY HOURS BEFORE,WE ONLY HAVE ONE BATHROOM, THEY WOULD NOT EVEN ALLOW US THE USE OF ANOTHER BATHROOM AT 11PM, WHEN THEY STILL COULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. YOU CANNOT PICK YOUR ELECTRIC COMPANY, AS THEY ARE THE ELECTRIC COMPANY. DO NOT EVER EXPECT YOUR UNIT TO LOOK LIKE THE SAMPLE UNLESS YOU POSSIBLY GET THE MOST EXPENSIVE UNIT.

I pay $1285.00 for a vintage, very vintage apartment, something from the 60's I did look at it, but the electric was not turned on, but all the cabinets are rotted out!

Oh the power goes on and off, constantly, heard my neighbors both TVs were damaged.  I moved in in December, our lobby has never been cleaned, I was told its done at least every other week.( NOT DONE YET)

Most good reviews they have the staff write, before you rent, I suggest that they give you a list of complaints at the office.  I have heard  nothing but complaints when I am walking around, at the gym, any place  I Go  the tenants  they all have the same story. I moved her because I lost my daughter, and needed to have some peace, can't happen here's soon as you think things are fixed you need to call about something else, just go door knocking and ask the neighbors,,,

remember you cannot ever win!

Oh..forgot....brochures are wrong, my unit is 2 1/2  FEET OFF ..........this is so unfair, you are suppose to enjoy your life here.I Agree with the previous review. I can trump that, I had a major sewage leak in my unit, they have not been back to clean up the bathroom, rugs since satirday. This is contaminted material. I have a infant here, the rugs are contaminted, after I complained to them about tracking on this sewage onto the rugs, they then laid down a contamined tarp, missing most of the area's they worked in the bathrom leaving on my stuff in there and not moving things out for safety, they have an attitude, then at alnost 10:30 pm they said get a hotel room..with a infant to pack up, i said I would just stay here, let me use a bathroom in a vacant unit, they said no no..gas station was closed...do not rent in here until the buildings are sold...THIS IS VINTAGE MEADOWBROOK...WITH THE PROOF IN THE KITCHEN BATHROOM ETC...YOUR LOBBY WILL NEVER LOOK LIKE THE SAMPLE AS OF TODAY 107 DAYS THE LOBBY HAS NEVER BEEN CLEANED, WITH ALL THE SEWAGE PROBLEMS HERE, THE LOBBY IS CONTAMINTED
