- In just 4 office visits over a 4 month period, my Medicare & Medicaid Health insurance was fraudently billed for thousands of dollars by Kozmary for services I never received. With only the testing of a mandatory urine sample I provided upon my first office visit which was conducted, processed & tested inside Kozmary's facility (known as his "in house" lab) which is NOT accredited by the CAP (College of American Pathologists) and some MRI's performed on my back, I was diagnosed with 14 different illnesses, none in which were ever revealed, explained or discussed with me. Kozmary pushes and pressures patients to have nerve block steriod injections, even if they don't work, because that's how he makes his money ($15,000.00 + per procedure) If you don't agree to letting Kozmary perform the shots, he will tell the pharmacy were you take the prescriptions he just wrote you, to tear them up, throw them in the trash and refuse to confirm to the pharmacy the validity of ever even writing them. After your health insurance is exhausted, you're misdiagnosed, cut cold turkey from all your medications, etc. Then you will receive an improper discharge letter in the mail informing you that you're no longer welcome for further treatment from his facility. If you live through all that long enough to find another doctor and go to request copies of your medical records, you will never receive them because all your requests for them will be ignored. If you file complaint like I did with the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners to get copies or if you report the health insurance fraud, then Kozmary and his staff will retaliate against you by contacting your other doctors or future doctors and tell them your using illicit street drugs and abusing your medications, causing you even more problems. If you do get copies of your medical records, be sure to review them carefully so you don't miss any false reported information provided by Kozmary, alterations, inaccurate statements, errors, lies, etc. e
