This girl states that she did not get upset when I asked her to remove her dog. She got very nasty that I offender her in such a mannor. We where in the middle of an ice storm which had taken our electric out for the past 9 days prior to her coming to pick up the puppy. When she came in we had the house running on extention cords and generators trying to keep the puppies warm as well as our self. My house dogs where not and DO NOT go in my home, they have a fenced in back yard with a dog door. My State inspector as well as AKC inspector and my Vet have came to my home on several times UNANNOUCED and have never written me up or ever had a problem with my MISSOUR LICENSED KENNEL. My kennel has been used by USDA training to show new inspectors what a licensed kennel should look like and be operated like. They have always rated my kennel above average. Also, when this women took the puppy, she had it wrapped up making the puppy too hot. I told her a couple times to unwrap this puppy that she would make it sick. The puppy got a little car sick on the way home from my house after I spoke with her took them over 6 hours. She also stated that rather than taking this puppy straight home they stoped several times and pet stores on the way getting things for it. I told her again that she has stressed this puppy to the max, to TAKE IT HOME AND LEAVE IT THERE, let it adjust. The puppy got diahria which most would under this type of stress and showed a little blood in the stool which most would after such treatment from the purchasor. I told her to let me know. She never called for a couple days, I called her to follow up on how the puppy was. She said the puppy had Coxidia which is a common in shipping and also tested for Giardia which again is brought out by stress. She said she wanted me to pay for her vet bills, and not just this puppies but her other dogs, but not only for the giardia test but to be wormed and such other vet expense. I told her to read her contract that if she would like to make claim on it to bring the puppy back and that I would return her money. She said that she was not going to do that. That she wanted me to return her money as well as pay all cost to the vet. I told her that I would not be willing to do that as the puppy was perfectly healthy and the other two litter mates where as well fine that this did not come from my kennel. She decided to take it upon herself as she is in college to become a lawyer I so have found out, to try to make me out as an animal abuser. I will state this, I have had a licensed kennel, I abide by the laws required and I exceed in the care and conditions of my dogs. When an extreem situation comes about, such as an ice storm. I am more concerned about the health and wealfare of my animals than myself. I live in a 4200 square foot home, valued over $400,000. I do not allow my dogs to go to the bathroom in my home and then eat it as she has so stated. I have sold many dogs over the past years and have had repeat customers and referrals from many of my clients. I have always stood behind my dogs and puppies. There have been small times that things have happend after a puppy has left and I have several people that can testify that I have always taken care of them in good faith. The web site that this women has posted to will not allow a breeder to defend themselfs and just know have I found out about this one or I would have posted this many months ago. Anyone is free to see my inspections of my kennel by the state agents. It is public knowledge. I have never been wrote up or had any markes against my record. Thank you Diana Kram Kram Haus Kennel

I purchased a pug from Diana and have had none of the experiences listed by Jennifer. I found Diana by searching on the internet. I called and spoke with her at length regarding her puppies. My pug arrived in perfect health. She has been a great puppy, full of personality. Diana even requested that I call her as soon as the puppy arrived to verify that the puppy was safe and healthy. I would have no second thoughts about getting a second puppy from Diana or recommending her to someone else who was interested.
