gamepal still refuses to admit that a mistake might have been made .Evan after a settlement off was made .currently in contact with them to resolve it .i will update and close as needed

If in event you aren't at fault for this issue, then this issue will be cleared up upon replying to this department. Until then, no fraud was committed here as we have to comply with state law regulations which if we did violate and were committing fraud, our company would be shut down.
