He has done a variety of small jobs ($25 to $100) but claims he can do high end SEO work (for tens of thousands of dollars) and then takes the money and disappears. He operates under a wide variety of phone #s (none of which have an answering machine) but we tracked his residence too:

Kyle Kilgore might be an alias. Regardless, he will take your money and do nothing in return. Beware Kyle Kilgore.

After attempting to reach Kyle for three months via email, phone and mail, I retained an attorney. The attorney emailed Kyle and we received a reply. He is willing to fix the issues and transfer ownership of my site back to me.

The work is in progress and should be completed within the next 48 hours.

I trust that he will finish the job to our satisfaction and my site will be up and running and back in my control and ownership once again.

Hello- I had hired Kyle Kilgore of Sharp SEO a few years ago to revamp my website and he was great. However somewhere along the lines, he (without my permission) took over ownership of my URL/domain name which I had owned for 13 years! It is my company name, www.jackandjillinteriors.com

I can no longer login, alter or work on my own site. I've tried to reach him via many avenues for three months to no avail and now will have to retain an attorney. Just found today that my site is down altogether and I can not even put a new one up, since he hijacked my domain name! All my publicity and online presence points to that site and domain. I'm losing work and it's destroying my livlihood.

I need Kyle to contact me immediately to rectify or the attorney will need to pursue and I'll need to sue for damages.

I've tried phone, email, contacting him through forums and people for hire sites, and even mailed a letter. No response for three months.

Hello- I too have some worries about Kyle and the company. I had hired him to help me with my website and he was wonderful for the past two years. However I have now been trying to reach him via two emails and phone for over three weeks and can't reach him. I can no longer login to my site and it seems that he might have changed my password and then redirected my login retrieval to another email other than my own. He has also taken over my domain registration and has redirected my site to a different hosting company, essentially now blocking me out of ever getting control of my own site and its' contents. I've owned this domain since 1993 and my company and business dealings are at great risk. I am hoping and praying that this note will be seen by Kyle and he might contact me to help me remedy this and renew my hope in him again. I found this site while doing a Google search to try to track him down.

I have never nor has my company Sharp SEO Services ever done business with a Sarah Knope who lives in New York. If we have done business together please be more specific regarding the details of the work that was not done.

After looking through company records we have no information about you. Please provide proof of our business relationship.

If you have been ripped off by someone from within the company, please provide proof our standard business contract, as we have all clients sign contracts prior to comencing work. The contract we have new customers sign is typically no more than one page and contains both of our signatures along with dates signed.

If we have done business together, we will also need the original invoice (this invoice contains our unique hologram company logo in the top left corner) this invoice was mailed to you by USPS mail. Once you provide these two pieces of information then we can verify these accusations being true.

After this information is provided we will then proceed with correcting any issues you have so that we can make sure you are either fully refunded or if you would like us to, then we will do the job you hired us to do at no cost so that are a satisfied customer.

Otherwise, I am left t assume that you are using a fake name and are in fact a competitor who is just trying to give me and my company a bad reputation.
