Complete joke. Had my car for 26 days, then it had a low fluid warning. Took it back, they said they'd tow to Pacific BMW for repairs (they didn't know how to fix a diesel) but instead tried fixing it themselves I guess, ruining the engine and entire fuel system in the process. Anti-Freeze had been poured into the system, resutling in over $15,000 in repairs. Two and a half months later, I'm still trying to get my car back. RUN. RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN, don't walk away. Complete scammers and CON ARTISTS who are being pursued by the GLENDALE PD FOR GRAND THEFT BY TRICK. Complete jokers. RUN! If I could give LESS THAN ONE STAR I COULD.
ALSO! Sold me a warranty that wasn't for MY CAR. Didn't cover anything - luckily, State Farm covered their ****** as a DEMOLITION to my car, and I'm out only $500l State Farm is of course going after these crooks for the $500. Waste of time and money BEWARE. If SATAN himself was offering you a car TAKE IT over these BUMS.
I paid $19.000 for the SUV, only to have them DESTROY it. My first 3 PAYMENTS were made with the car not in my possision. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
