La Dermanique & Lumera The people who have already sent reports describe the companies practices exactly. I called after being charged $87.67 and $97.88 last month (May) and told them to cancel my subscription as I didn't want their products, but they are trying to charge me again this month and say the product is being shipped.. Greenville South Carolina
They took my order, never mentioning the 14 day trial period, and shipped my trial samples of La Dermanique and Lumera for $4.95 each (shipping and handling.) They then took $97.88 and $87.67 out of my bank account. I called and told them I did not want their product. Here they are again, taking the same amounts out of my account and sending an email say ing they are shipping more product!
