Being an "older lady", I was immediatly attracted to an advertisement for a miracle skin cream and eye wrinkle cream which appeared to be endorsed by Ellen Degeneres. They offered a free trial sample of each (for postage only). I thought...."what's to lose?". I received my lotions and proceeded to use it. About the time I noticed a charge on my credit card bill, I also received another package in the mail of the two creams. These bills were for over $150. I called the customer service number and told them to cancel all future orders, and to cancel my account. Now, I receive an email confirming that another 2 bottles of the miracle potions have been sent to me. I tried replying to this email,,,,,and of course, it comes back.
Today, I called the customer service number again and told them that I had already cancelled my orders. They informed me that Lumera and Dermanique are two different companies and that I had cancelled Lumera, but not Dermanique. Now, the address for the companies is the same, but the customer service numbers are different.
I hope that the word gets out about this and that no one else orders it.
