In October 2012 La Jolla stole from us $8,950 through deceptive Timeshare sales practices. Throughout 2013 we recovered over many istallment payments $7,500.

What has helped us is writing to TV statios, Newspaper Editors, Mexican Authorities publishing La Jollas thievery and the Thieve of all Thieves, Alfredo Marcq, no character.

They still owe us $1450, their business has dried up and should. We continue with our negative publications as La Jolla and in large part the Timeshare Industry is a disgrace. We want our $1,400.00 and we want it now, January 2014.

Almost two years agoe La Jolla ripped us of with deceptive sales practices. Today, 4/18/2014 they still owe us $1,450.00.

We urge Tourists and Mazatlan visitors to stay away from this most dishonest Timeshare outfit.

Very true. We were scammed with La Jolla Timeshare by the same trick, lost $10,000 to these liars, thinking they'd sell our other timeshare. They produced a sighed addendum, promising to give our money back if they failed to sell. 2 years later, they still didn't give us the money. We went after them for months, then went through Profeco, they are a bunch of criminals, who take advantage of the Mexican law and are robbing the tourists in broad daylight. We should organize a class action lawsuit against them and bring them to jail
