You said it is unfortunate that the woman who posted this complaint would use this forum? If this is the only way she could get your attention, I would say it is fortunate that she had this forum to use. I would like to hear from her to hear how she is doing now. It seems that your company could take a lesson from this and start giving support to your clients as soon as it is requested. It is a SHAME it had to get this far.

Jacqueline from PA is actually Jackie Scorceti. She is one of our franchisees in PA. Upon reading her concerns I contacted her directly. After lengthy dialogue we came up with a game plan to help her business become profitable. She had followed the plan however, was short approx 100 members to become profitable. We, at our expense, did a membership drive that enabled her to reach her profitability level within a few weeks. It is unfortunate that Jackie elected to use this method of communication but it did bring us closer together and develop a better working relationship. She is truly a nice 25 year old woman that is also expecting her first child in a matter of a few months. That also may have added to her anxiety level. However, today I am pleased to report that we have resolved our differences. Sincerely,
