The Cell Regeneration Serum left permanent scars on my face
I like an idiot thought I would buy some of the cell regeneration serum from Laface Laboratories. Im a little nieve at times, but I thought ok this product has to work, why else would they charge so much for it. When I got the product, my first thought is that it was awesome because the packaging was really nice. I instantly changed my mind on how awesome it was once I first used the serum. Immideiatley my face started burning. I tried to wash it off, but it wasn't coming off. It was burning really bad. I got in the shower and had the cold water on my face. It was not helping. It got so bad that I went to the hospital. They gave me something for the pain. After I explained what happened they finally put something on my face to neutralize the ACID. Seriously. This women that goes by the name Lisa Alexander (the owner) is putting acid it her products. Its supposed to peel the top layers of skin off, but instead it burnt the hell out of my face. Im literally scared for life from this. I wrote the business and Lisa Alexander said I was using it wrong and basically called me a liar and hung up the phone.
At this point I really wanted to find out as much as I can about this company. After looking at all the reviews, its plain as day that all the reviews are fake. Bought and paid for. So I started writing about it, I don't want anyone else to go through the pain and the scars like I did. And guess what, I get a call from her lawyer telling me to cease and desisst. They also tried to get me to sign a document that I would pay them for damages. Well I didn't sign anything, and this women has harassed me ever since. She makes fake accounts on facebook and google plus and basically stalks me. I think something is seriously wrong with her and she scares the heck out of me. I don't really know what to do about her.

I am writing in response to this " report ". I know for a fact this is a hoax and I know from whom, however what I really need to address is the complete untruths of this complaint as I never want our clients to have concern. First of all, Joshua Brent Harris, I know you have never tried any of our products and if you actually had you would be aware that it is impossible for one to have had such a reaction. The products are formulated for extremely sensitive skin and do not have the capacity under any circumstances to do any damage whatsover ... in actuality.. the opposite. The ingredients are just not capable. That is just a fact. Secondly, I have never called anyone a liar, that is just silly. I never have hung up the phone on a client or anyone... that is unprofessional and to be truthful, our clients are wonderful and our conversations are really lovely so there is no need to "hang up the phone" Regarding the reviews being bought and paid for.... I have all the original emails and communications to back each and everyone of them up. I have quite an few that I have not even posted yet if you are interested in seeing those as well. I have NO problem saying this as I am proud of our companies products and proud that we are helping people and the fact that they let us know this is really nice. " The Cell Regeneration Serum left permanent scars on my face " I find to be an interesting title when you have never used the product and if you actually had some knowledge of the ingredients you would know this to be an impossible reaction. In conclusion; I, and our board at LAFACE Laboratories are interested and most open to seeing this LAFACE product bottle ( of this acid ) and the hospital report as well as the proof that you actually purchased one of our products... to start. We also would appreciate it if you would find another hobby. Your currant one of trying to damage the reputation of people that have worked very hard and sacrificed everything to create a solid company do not appreciate your efforts.
