They have opened this rental property to robbed foreigner tourists.  I came across this scammer tourist accommodation service provider via prominent hotel booking websites https://www.agoda.com/  and https://www.booking.com/. As the price on https://www.agoda.com/  was low so I have done booking via them. So strange these booking giants list scammers on their website. 

This is a terrible property, especially for foreigners. They might attract you with their low price but after the booking, they can give you 100 reasons to cancel your booking without your confirmation. At the time of booking, I have clearly mentioned that my flight would be late so let me check in late-night, they have rejected and canceled my booking when I reached the next morning at this property.

They took all booking amount in advance, plus BHAT 999 for cleaning (which is very weird) because that amount is supposed to be taken at the time of check-in. It was an indication for me but when I could understand their motive, it was too late.

I kept waiting and requesting for 10 hours but I was feeling like I was begging to robots who are trained to refuse to listen to anything. Honestly, guys, they let me abandoned, there is no direct communication with the decision-makers, people sitting on reception are just to pass smile without any human values.

The worst part is that the Agoda (from where I booked that fraud property) team also supporting them. None of them took the curtesy to understand my situation after robbing me of the name of their hidden rules. If anyone still wants to go for booking then it's your choice, however, let me share some facts before you make your mind.

1) You have to strictly check-in/checkout only between 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Thailand time). If you failed then ready for the situation which I had gone through.

2) At the time of the booking, they will charge you more than the actual booking amount on the name of so many services which you have not even taken yet. 

3) People on reception can't help you either way. So do not expect anything from them

4) There is no service to collect your daily garbage. I talked to a few of tourists staying there and they have to carry everything on their own in plastic bags and throw outside

5) You have no direct communication with decision-makers of this property to a complaint or talk to them for any concern. So you are on your own.
