Lake Harbin Apartments Dirty, Fraudulant, horrible Maintenance, Fraud! Morrow Georgia
I was stupid for living there for a little over a year.
when I moved out I was sent to collections without even notifying me that I owed anything on cleaning. I guess I owed for the carpets.
I sent a check to the company and have proof online they cashed the check but they refuse to call the collection copmpany to let them know that I have satisfied the debt. when I call they deny they received any money, said they won't call the collection company and hang up. I have proof in my hand fromthe bank the check had a stamp on the back saying their bank name and Lake Harbin Apartments.
They are refusing to let the collection company know it has been paid. Very bad company. All this after having to live with Rats coming in fromt under the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and having your living room flood everytime it rains.
