Matt O'Neill of Licus Auto Sales is a total scam artist. He is trying to charge an extra $1200 to the end of our payments. We have paid all of our car payments according to the Retail Installment Contract.
Now, when the final payment is due, Matt and his ###$# raving hysterical lunatic wife/girlfriend, office assistant, are now insisting that we owe a downpayment of $1200, that is nowhere written in the contract.
He has a gps tracker and the extra car key, which he wont release until we pay the $1200. What a scam artist!
who wants to go into a class action suit with us?
Matt O'Neill needs to be in jail, not selling cars!
