Lance Cook is not to be a trusted man. He will take zero accountability for his wrong doings a full on narcissistic. He uses his fraud history as a story of success.
Imagine those taken by Lance Cook in the past. He had zero empathy to the victims. Denied it all and threw his own staff under the bus. Hes a total nightmare to work with. Took over a year to put a company program together. He out sources all his work and we paid him 4k a month.
He will never admit when he is wrong. A total hardcore control freak also. Call him on his dishonesty he turns into a weasel calls the police for harassing him. Before his company AgentHax.com he was illegally working as a mortgage broker even so his court documents read he cant practice until Aug 2022.
That never stopped him though. So Bestratesonline.com ( bestratesonline.com ) Again this was not even 1 year ago??? And now he has this business up and running??? Wow I guess hes not that great staying steady and balanced enough for that business to work.
Every person I worked with was dead set working with Lance. His attitude is brutal. Guys is so easily offended and he is so defensive its tough to be around. You all have been warned and not wise to use this mans service or any quick business he pops up on a whim.
All he cares about is getting his money. Greedy. Like the red headed step child bullied in school. Guy is a terrible business connection. All his success was accomplished doing bad and extremely shady business. REAL ESTATE AGENTS STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY . Dont be idiots. This guy is a sham
