I went to this dealership while  looking for a suiable vehicle to lease. The idea was only to test drive and the  dealer (Robbie/Rabiah) was aware of this. The dealer (pressured) me into putting a deposit of 5000 USD to order the vehicle I wanted, implying that they sold fast. He also assured me that the deposit will go towards the initial lease payment and should I change my mind, even after the vehicle arrived, I would get a return of my deposit, or at most 1000 USD will be witheld. Later I decided not to acquire that particular vehicle. After that, initially the dealer said I should talk to the sales manger to explain why I did not want the vehicle. I informed the dealer that I had changed my mind, did not have the time to go into details and just would like a return of deposit. I did not hear from them thereafter. After a month, I recontacted them about the deposit, the dealer promised to get back to me. When he did not, I called again today. He insisted that I had to talk to the sales manager (Terry Eabor). So, I did. The sales mangager was aggressive,  rude, offensive and stated he was not going to return the deposit. During our conversation he initially agreed to return 4000, but then immediately became offensive and backed  out again. He refused to provide me any proof to show if he had suffered any loss in selling the vehicle. He stated that that would be giving out the personal information of a customer. He still refused to provide the information, even after I advised him I was not interested in the personal information of the purchasing customer and would be happy to see the figures along with a VIN number.

I find it incredulous that someone can confiscate the deposit just like that. I am confident, if anything, they sold off the ordered vehicle at a profit. I find their action fraudulant and tantamount to extortion.
