Landmark Merchant Solutions ripoff Credit Card Processor Violates Do Not Call Laws Schaumberg Illinois
I have been called, over and over, by Tim Carnell (telesales) harassing me to use their credit card processing services. I told Tim that I had no company and had no use for their services. He kept calling and leaving messages. My own caller ID shows "Unknown Name...Unknown Number" everytime they call. They don't even have the cajones to identify themselves. He does leave a call back number that rings through to their call floor.
I have explained over and over to take my name and number off their call list. They won't do it. They keep calling, over and over.
I unfortunately joined up with a credit card company like this one a few years ago and I used the processing service very little. The company tried to charge me several thousand $$$ when I cancelled. Pay Pal has a similar service for 1/1000th the price and none of the merd, mierda, caca that these farkin companies throw at you.
LADCO/Landmark is the culprit now. These people are in violation of the "Do Not Call" laws through the FTC and there is an $11,000 fine for EACH call. I have 10 documented calls....YAHOO! Read the other complaints on this site about Landmark.

Tim Candelaria Vice President, Sales Landmark Merchant Solutions, LLC Ph: (847) 221-0414 Email: [email protected] This guy pops up on the other complaints as being the "baddest" of them all at Landmark. The guy who calls me says his name is Tim Canella. From their website, www.landmarkmerchant.com there are NO names at all,no contact information and no email addresses. When they call me my caller ID shows "Unknown Caller....Unknown Number". 2. Marc P. Franson, Attorney-At-Law Chapman and Cutler, LLC "Focused On Financed" 111 W. Monroe St. Chicago, IL 60603 Ph: (312) 845-3000 Email: [email protected] He seems to be their corporate attorney and is the only name for the LLC that is publicly available. After reading the other complaints on this website, some with additional information from ex-employees, I am appalled at the corruption going on at Landmark Merchant Solutions. These people ought to be shut down.
