LANZA AND SMITH LAW FIRM WILL EXTORT MONEY FROM YOU. Do not use the services of LANZA AND SMITH. Michael Hishaw is a law clerk at LANZA AND SMITH LAW FIRM. Michael Hishaw sent my company a letter demanding $150,000 from my insurance company or else he would sue me with a frivolous lawsuit. This is EXTORTION. Attorneys and law firms should not get away with this. I have several small busineses and they extorted money from them all, even the ones not related to the incident.
LANZA AND SMITH will extort money from small business and force them to get an atorney at $450 an hour.. I am being sued for hundreds of thousands of dollars because I refuse to give in to extortionists. LANZA AND SMITH continues to send letters and call my company threatening to sue if I do not give them my insurance company information along with the insurance police number. LANZA AND SMITH wants $ 150.000 fast cash or they will sue me and all of my companies.
Please do not give in to these thieves and con artists. Do not give them free money. They have been doing this scam for many years. They have a pattern of shutting down small businesses by forcing them to go bankrupt and have their insurrance company cancel them.
LANZA AND SMITH LAW FIRM are bullies. They tend to seek out women owned businesses and bully them into paying out large amounts of money. This law firm thinks women are weak and that we will give in. NOT !!!!

A good attorney would not allow their client to file a bogus lawsuit, thus exposing their client to bankruptcy FRAUD...It is a CRIME to use 2 social security numbers...
Lipstick has a written statement from the landlord at the Anaheim apartment complex stating your scam artist client packed up her belongings and fled the location with the fugitive..Your client then puts current and active photos on facebook of her WITH the fugitive...Yes, the fugitive you say she has not seen in years....The crooks at Lanza AND Smith Law Firm then tell their client....Lets make the lawsuit show you have not had ANY contact with the fugitive and that you are no longer with him, This way we get more money from Lipstick....Evidence does not lie....Attorneys do..Especially the attorneys at the Lanza AND Smith Law Firm.

The “Investigators” who filed this report are not current or former clients, but are defendants in a lawsuit. They are called the “Lipstick Bounty Hunters”. They are accused, among other things, of posting our client’s photograph on their website, labeling her as a “fugitive” who was “harboring” a wanted person and later claiming that she had been “captured.” None of this was true. Then, the Lipstick Bounty Hunters hung official-looking “WANTED” posters with our client’s photograph at her place of employment, repeating the false statements from their website. The untrue statements cost our client her job.
The legal complaint, with the full details, may be accessed by going to the Orange County Superior Court website and entering the case number 30-2014-00714292-CU-DF-CSC. This law firm was simply hired to help our client get her life back.
The remainder of the “report” is more of the Lipstick Bounty Hunters' defamatory diatribe. It is not a “scam” or “extortion” to file a lawsuit or to send a Cease & Desist letter. Nor does this law firm attempt to “bully women owned businesses” or “small businesses.”
An Internet search of “Lipstick Bounty Hunters” reveals many pages of results containing articles about lawsuits and investigations into their questionable tactics. As one example, a San Diego news reporter aired a report exposing the Lipstick Bounty Hunters. In retaliation, they listed the reporter on their website as a “WANTED” fugitive, suggesting that he is an actual criminal. They have done the same against attorneys who have dared to challenge them.
