Larry Hourd sends you very official-looking documents saying that you've won $1,325,000(1-2 million). He doesn't say how you won it, and this lack of specific information should set off alarm #1. After going through all sorts of talking, they want you to send they about $15.00, plus your credit card account information.ALARM #2 You've got a million and something coming, why can't the $15 bucks be deducted from that? Alarm #3. And, what could they possibly need your credit card account information for? If you get one of these, just turn it over to your local FBI. Since it's a scam based in America, and involves mail fraud, it falls under their jurisdiction. Good luck to you!
