I found a page on Facebook advertising a FREE trial of CBD oil, just pay shipping. I thought this could help by finances back problems, so I ordered a bottle with my debit card. I received the bottle but my fiancé couldn't use it, so we didn't open it. I checked my account today 6-14-17 and noticed an unauthorized charge for 79.95. On the bank statement it says "Pre Auth BPA New Age HLTH Cleanse Loc." it also listed their number. I called the number and was told it was in the fine print that I had to call and cancel if I didn't want future charges, I saw nothing about this when ordering! The lady I spoke to "Angel" said she would cancel future charges but the fine print said to cancel in I didn't want to be charged again so there was nothing they could do. After a few minutes of arguing with her she said if the bottle was not opened I could return it and they would refund the money but I am wondering if I shouldn't because then I have no proof, and then they still may not refund the money. unless I send it certified mail? I don't know what to do, that's a whole days pay for me. These "companies" need to be stopped from doing this. I have a Facebook if anyone can help me I'm from Maine, same name Elizabeth R.
