The letter was received with a presorted first class stamp

for $0.30.When I opened the letter it mentioned three others who had allegedly "collected" over $4 million each.

These people might exist but no addresses other than state were given . It also said that I was officially sworn to secrecy so that immediately made me suspect the "offer".

The letter did not contain a signature or name of anyone

at LVAAP I used internet search amd both turned up LVAAP as a scam. I would suggest you send these reports to the Postal Service's mail fraud unit at usps.com

Perhaps they could find out who is the owner of the P.O. Box 98855 in LV Nev 89193. They should be prosecuted to the full extent of the U.S. Govt. Law.

Most, if not all, mail pieces with a presorted stamp on them are junk mail/scam mail. I used to work in a mail room. "Presorted" mail pieces are sent at a reduced postage rate because that particular mail piece is sent out in bulk.
