Test drove a 2010 Cadillac Escalade with salesman. The ride seemed a bit rough and the sale an said it was because of the low profile tires. I didn't think anymore of it. I ended up buying the car that day 1-15-2016. The vehicle was missing center hub caps. Before I left Lasco installed caps. I only had notice the drivers side of vehicle because of the way it was parked. I drove it home and the next morning I went to wash it and the passenger side caps were MISSING. I RETURNED on Saturday to explain this, they said someone had stole them. If this was true they would have stolen all four. LASCO took a picture of caps and ordered replacement. I received a call from LASCO stating caps were in. I get to dealership and the caps are completely different and made in China not even the OEM caps. I didn't take them and LASCO would order correct ones. The point is they called and said caps were in again, I went to LASCO and there were a set of four China center capsI. I was so frustrated I took caps and will buy my own because LASCO is incompetent and didn't want to spend the money on the factory replacement I had the vehicle for one week and took back to LASCO service for a BAD powersteering pump. They replaced at MY expense. I checked the oil frequently and had noticed it was OVER full the first time I checked. I doubted the competency of LASCO mechanics at this point and took it to an independent auto repair shop in Grand Blanc Mi. to get an oil change and looked over. I've only put 800 miles on this vehicle. Repair shop called and gave me an estimate of $2500.00 to fix bad parts on vehicle. They are the upper and lower ball joint, front struts, and tie-rods. I took this vehicle BACK to Lasco the same day and they scheduled an appointment for the following Wednesday. I had them replace ball joints and tie-rods at MY expense. The struts were to expensive through dealer. At NO time did Lasco offer to help with these repairs. I drove the car that night and returned the NEXT morning. The steering wheel was not centered and vehicle was pulling to the left. Lasco service department stated upon Friday pick up that vehicle had an alignment. This was not the case. In fact Lasco replaced parts but no alignment was done. More than that I waited 3 hours for them to do alignment because they had to do the knock outs to adjust alignment properly. Lasco is a very unprofessional, incompetent, dishonest dealership that soaked me for $26000.00 on a vehicle. Needing extensive front end work. Did I mention that lasco did a 173 point vehicle inspection on this used vehicle before it was put for sale. I THINK NOT. 1 of 2 things happened here either they knew of problems and decided to not disclose or fix, or Lasco inspection mechanics are incompetent and are inspecting and working on vehicles. AS IS!!

You purchased a used vehicle so it AS IS!!! I fail to understand HOW you dont understand this. In EVERY state the used vehicle laws are the same. A USED vehicle is purchased as is unless YOU purchase an extended warranty. Since YOU had to pay the costs of repair it means YOU do not have a warranty. So HOW have YOU been ripped off? Or is this yet another case of a consumer ASSUMING rights that they dont have.
