After placing an order for a tent with your company at the Bedford Heights location, this past weekend (8/1/2014 - which was at the last minute and on our part), I must say I was totally disappointed. Not with the equipment, but with the service provided.

My order was taken and the last person I talked with on the phone (a guy) recited an address for the delivery location. I stated that was not the right address and he cut me off to say they would find it. I was told I would have my delivery by 9 am the following morning. Come 945 am the next morning – (8/2/2014 the day of our event) the delivery guys were not onsite and upon calling the office, I was told I had a 2:00 pm delivery, and needless to say, I was livid.

 We were having an all-day jazz concert event at a high school football field that was SUPPOSED to start at 12:00 noon with bands performing every hour.

First of all, in lieu of the delivery being late (they arrived at 10:45 am) and not having the right poles for the tent (which I went over with the sales rep about what tent size was needed) we had hopes of starting on time, as we were on a BAND LINEUP SCHEDULE. But the delivery guys had to leave the site and return to the store for the correct tent poles.

So, the first band was a half hour late starting (without a tent) and then the rain came....!

So --- with the tent still not completed the stage crew had to take the equipment off the stage and place in a covered area until the rain ceased and then reload (which there was an additional charge that we had to pay them). Had the tent been up and secured, none of this would have been necessary.

The second band didn't get to play at all because we were behind schedule and they had another engagement (but we still had to pay them). I have to say through the entire embarrassing situation, the delivery guys were the most courteous from your establishment.

In conclusion, we feel for our inconvenience in time and money lost due to your customer service department's  failure to "deliver,  we should be compensated by reimbursement of at least the down payment considering the additional fees we had to pay out due to the company's lack of communication.

On a final note, the company had no problem having the guys there first thing this morning (Monday 8/4/2014) to pick up the tent.  They gave me a call at 845 am to say they had arrived.
