I ordered 3 DVDs at the start of December 2008 for Christmas presents, but it is now two and a half months later and I'm still waiting for them to arrive!

I have contacted them several times now asking where they are, but none of my questions are ever answered - just constant excuses about maybe they have been lost during shipping?! Now to top it all off, they have emailed me to tell me one of my choices are 'out of stock' and can I choose another title because they don't offer refunds!

There is no contact address or phone number, so you cannot contact them directly. I think the site is just a con to get money out of people because otherwise there should be no qualms about giving refunds if you either don't recieve your items or if they are out of stock.
