Hi Tyler, Actually, the person who posted it said they had used our temps but then said "I approached Lauren Ritchie for an assignment as an Accountemp temporary employee." And apparantly, that is when there was an issue. I definitely read it carefully before responding :-)

Just wanted to know if you actually read what was said.. She said she used your temporary employees.. Meaning she was a vendor, not an employee.. Just saying.

It has been several months since the post was created regarding this person's incident with me. My colleague found this post and sent it to me yesterday.
To you who wrote this: I'm sorry that you were upset by anything I had said or done to you. I don't know who you are, but I understand that these are tough times. I do my best to work with all individuals, and if I can't work with them, I will be honest with them about why I can't. There are times that our company cannot work with an individual. If someone has a felony or several misdemeanors, we cannot work with you. If you have received a negative reference, we cannot work with you. If you have worked for us in the past and the assignment didn't end well because of something you had done, we probably won't work with you again. I don't know who you are, so I'm not sure what the situation is in this instance.
In regards to my experience, I do have more work experience than listed on my linkedin profile. I have been working since I was 16 years old. There is one position in particular that I did hold after graduating college that I have omitted from my profile. I was a recruiter for a staffing company in the Northwest where I worked for a significant amount of time. I was asked to remove the position so that I couldn't be recruited out of my current company.
At the end of your post, you said: In my opinion, I think she is a serial job hopper; someone who causes destruction in her employment to the point she has to move on without honorable salutations.
This was not only offensive and hurtful, but also quite untrue. I am still close with my previous employers and colleagues. I know that I can use them as personal and professional references and they will vouch for my professionalism and ethics. I have never left a job on bad terms.
Again, I'm sorry to know that you were so hurt by me back at the end of February. I hate knowing that someone was so upset with me that they would post such emotional posts on multiple blogs. I hope you were able to find a job and are happy in your life right now. If not, good luck on your search and I hope this response helped you see where I am coming from.
