LaVenezia Luxury Apartment Homes infested with TOXIC MOLD & the owners past & present KNOW about it & HIDE it from tenants, future tenants, & potential buyers. Naples, Miami Sarasota, Orlando, Sanford, Clearwater, West Palm Beach, Florida
Anyone who has ever lived or ever will live in the apartments constructed by and through Epoch Management need to watch my ABC Action News clips, review my photo albums. This is just 1 of their so called "upscale luxury apartments" in Sarasota, Florida called La Venezia at Palmer Ranch now owned by Taylor Ranch, Inc. who is NOT taking any responsibility for my damages whatsoever, denies knowledge of problems, yet started full blown remediation construction days after purchasing the property and is now selling these mold infested units as condos. LOOK OUT FOLKS and BEWARE of what you are living in and what is possibly killing you! The links below tell the whole story!
