On 10/16/15 I contacted Mr. Fenton for a real estate consultation. Mr Fenton suggested that I pay to get the title pulled for a property I'm interested in purchasing. He assured me the title would only take a week or less to come back. After paying for the title I have yet to receive it and didn't get a follow up until the 29th. The email I received on the 29th told me I should have the title by the 3rd. On the 3rd I received a call stating the title hadn't come and at that point I told the paralegal, if the title doesn't come by the end of the day I would like my money back. On the 5th I received an email that title had come and Mr Fenton would be contacting me that same day. I haven't heard from him or the office. I've called the office numerous times and emailed and now no one is answering.
