William M. Windsor was successful in having his Montana trial pushed back until January, 2016.  Due to a procedural/typographic error, his felony charges were dropped, but his misdemeanor charges are still active.  Bill has been offered plea deals, but has turned them down.  Such plea-deals would have required him to seek, pay and continue mental health treatment.

In a November, 2015 pre-trial hearing, his gps monitor was removed.  Bill had argued once again of mysterious medical maladies sans any proof of which maladies are real and which are feigned.  It is rumored that he was told to leave Montana and never come back.  The court thus proving that the conspiracy theories Bill has created are all fake.  Even to charge him with a crime creates a huge tax burden for actual residents. It is doubtful that Bill will heed the advice to halt his assault of the courts.

South Dakota DISMISSED on October 16,2015  and on November 9, 2015 denied William M. Windsor's motion to reconsider that they open the case againt 1,000 named or unnamed litigants. They specifically refered to his filing as frivolous.

Texas DISMISSED William M. Windsor's case against 1,000 named and unnamed litigants in November, 2015. Previously, Bill had lost the case and owed at least 2 of the defendants damages of which he has yet to pay.  The court found him to be a public figure and ruled that the defendants were protected under Freedom of Speech.  It is controvercial in that the court did not offer damages to the remaining litigants.  Sadly, Texas set a bad example by allowing Bill to appeal on about his 5th attempt (parenting experts understand why this would be considered inconsistent parenting), however this move allowed them to ccorrect such mistakes when they dismissed the case outright. The order is not yet availible as I type this however, this entry from the docket is:

01/22/2016 Status Strip file 60 days after final disposition

Meaning, the files from Bill's lawsuit will be destroyed, rather than retained for further appeal and will not be used as presedence for any further vexatious litigation.

Upon a spit balling session with some followers, and the idea to get more attention for his running for office, he would travel around filming people instead of door to door campaigning. This attracted more people who thought he was simply making a movie. To this date, he's claimed he was making a documentary, a movie, writing books, making T.V. shows, filing charges against all the corrupt Government officials...the list is long. To this date? Some 3 years later? Not one thing has been followed through. Windsor decided to launch civil litigations against private citizens instead. Windsor has lost, and now owes over a quarter of a million dollars to two defendants. (He should be paying all 1000+ the same amounts)

This report is crap!   Bill Winsor is a Hero!  He stands against Government Corruption and exposes State Government officials who are responsible for Children being murdered.   I’m appalled by all of the online slander against Bill Windsor.  Bill Windsor of Lawless America is an outstanding guy.

These people who slander Bill Windsor must work for the same Government officials that he is working so hard to expose.  Bill Windsor of Lawless America is a brave man and I support what he is doing.  This is a silly report that is not made of any facts or merit.  Bill Windsor of Lawless America is a brave man that does what others will not do, he stands up to government corruption and officials who are responsible for the rape and murder of children.  This report is false! 

I am a victim of objectively verifiable judicial corruption in California.  I understand that the law recognizes the possibility that a trial court may err.  In order for an objective by-standard to believe that what happened and is happening to me is not judicial corruption, that by-standard would have to conclude that each of the trial court’s egregious rulings over the past nine years were somehow just an unintentional judicial mistake.  I have evidence of a dishonest California court that physically restrained me from participating at an oral hearing that concerned my rights.  That same judge refused to give me a hearing date to file my motion for reconsideration.  His clerk left an embarrassing message on my answering machine that I still have to this day.  This judge was later recused on a challenge for bias.

                Like Mr. Windsor, I too have been to the U.S. Supreme Court.  My mother, who’s a 71 years old, and I have been trying to save her home.  Review at the US Supreme is discretionary, and only a small percentage of cases are reviewed each term.  Like Mr. Windsor, my mother and I were also denied, and last year, this same judge found my mother vexatious.  The attorney who filed that motion against my mother was her former attorney my mother paid $6,000 a month to in an effort save her home.  That attorney filed for a chapter 7 bankruptcy which is still pending to this day as a result of that attorney’s interference in my mother’s own bankruptcy.  To make things worse, her first party homeowner’s insurance paid a third of a million dollars to the person who destroyed her home.  Like Mr. Windsor, I can prove every word I say with a plethora of documentary and video evidence.

                Even if Mr. Windsor were to be proven incorrect on the points he believes forms his opinion that judicial corruption exists, there would still not be a reason to discredit him as a rip-off.  The only allegations that could potentially meet that standard are the money he’s taken in as charity.  I suggest Mr. Windsor show his expenses in the attempted creation of Lawless America, versus the funds he’s received, and if possible, even an accounting of how those funds were spent.  Mr. Windsor will have an audio conference on May 26, 2015 at 7pm CST, and I plan to be there.

If you knew that the U.S. Economy was on the verge of collapsing and the stock market was going to crash, would you expose it on the worldwide web? It appears that someone did expose it. As a matter of fact, this person exposed it a year before it happened right here at this website.

(The Dow Jones lost a record 777 points on September 29, 2008, which was one year after that was posted and the global banking system was melting down. Several large corporations here in the USA were also on the verge of collapsing.)

If you had proof that there were corrupt judges and corrupt lawyers, would you expose them? If so, how would you do it? I believe that producing a documentary which proves that there are corrupt judges and lawyers is a wonderful idea. Many Americans are aware of the fact that much of our legal system is corrupt. Bill Windsor is just doing what he believes is right. The best way to fix a broken system is to expose it.

A Harvard Business Professor told his class of executives in late 2004 that EXPOSURE is a corporation's worst fear. He would have also been correct if he had said that exposure is a judge's or a lawyer's worst fear, right? You  can not know someone after one meeting.  Your impression of him was that he is allegedly  a good man.

Of course he was putting his best  foot forward in attempts to  convince you that he is  this great  person

when  he is a spoiled man. Narcissism  comes to mind.  Inflated EGO.  

He does not care who he hurts with his  delusions of  grandiose.  His dream  of a  Indie film  are merly  nothing

He  became retired empty nester  and bored and needed some hobby .  Expensive or not.

As you can see from the above posts, William M. Windsor has responded to this report in the same harassing way he has answered the other complaints on RIPOFF REPORTS about him, just as I said he would.  You can also see that his supporters do not appear very educated or mentally healthy.

William M. Windsor was originally declared a Vexatious Litigant in the state of Georgia as a result of the Maid of the Mist scandal.  Since filing this report, Windsor has gone on to stalk and harass people nationwide.  He has also been declared a Vexatious Litigant in the state of Montana where his stalking included activities on the Campus of the University of Montana, where a restraining order was placed against him.  Windsor continued his harassment and stalking in the form of vexatious litigation.  

As a result, William Michael Windsor was arrested on 10/28/2014 in a Texas Courtroom, the scene of his most recent vexatious litigation.  Despite claiming that he is broke and homeless, Windsor whipped out an American Express Black Card and made the $100,000 bail.

When it was discovered that Montana would not accept an out of state bail payment, Windsor was re-arrested on 10/29/14 and booked at 3:18 am.  He is currently awaiting extradition to Montana.

A hearing was held in the current lawsuit Bill has filed against 1,000 individuals, and it was determined that Windsor is indeed a limited public figure.  The judge's exact title for Windsor is "Online Internet Revolutionary Party Leader Social Media Crusader Limited Public Figure."

I am a mother, and a contributer to Lawless America. I am not a 'friend' of Bill Windsor, but I an not an enemy of either. When I met Mr. Windsor I found him to be a very charming, comfortable gentleman. His heart is in the right place and I have never found evidence he is out to hurt any person.

Certain things I agree with, "Lawless America is a ________ documentary consisting of hours of taped affidavits by members of the public.  These videos are unedited and lack any coherence necessary to be classified as a documentary film."

The documentary is real, it is not "fake". Fake by definition, is when something is a foregery or sham. The videos are not a figment of our imagination. The people are real people. The stories are real stories. A docmentary tells a story, or a series of stories from the narrators perspective. The documentary is a collection of YouTube videos, set out to tell real stories and communicate messages from the narrators perspective. As such, the documentary is real. 

I agree with the statement that the videos are unedited and lack any coherence necessary to be classified as a feature documentary film. For example, can youtube videos be called a documentary? Yes, there are many of them online right now covering many other topics. But the problem Bill Windsor faces is what on earth does he do with hours of videos of people talking about how thier lives went wrong, and they were victims of judicial corruption? There are simply too many people to include in one feature film. It will not work.

On many occasions I wondered how many people would fall through the cracks. How many hours of listening to complaints before the audience gets sick of it? The expression 'Misery loves company," in this case is correct. It is not healthy for angry people to feed into each other's anger. As we only have one life to live, lets try to be happy.

Saving America by Exposing Judicial Corruption

There are many corrupt judges. There are also many good, decent, hard working judges who care about society. We cannot approach life from the paranoid perspective that every judge is corrupt and out to get us. We cannot enter courtrooms thinking even that Most judges are corrupt. Think of the Confirmation Bias fallacy. If a person wants to find corruption - if they look hard enough they will find it. If a person wants to be a victim they will find a way to make themself a victim. Victims never have to take responsibility.

My personal feelings about Bill Windsor is that he is a good man, with a good heart, and good intentions. Truth be told, Bill Windsor took a serious blow when he lost the Maiden of the Mist lawsuit, and they took all his money.

Imaging for a moment being a man, working your whole life for something, only to loose all of it on one swoop. I do not know if Bill was guilty or innocent as I did not see the facts of this case, however I can relate to all the feelings he has about being wronged. 

As a result of this loss, Bill commited himself to exposing judicial corruption, not only to help others but also to redeem himself. He became an ideologe. As we know, ideologes eventually chose thier ideals over their families. All the time on the road, the continuing ongoing lawsuits with various internet trolls eventually took a toll on Windsor's family. His wife divorced him, and his daughter cut him out of her life. Bill was a husband, father, and grandfather. His ideals and drive to "get the bad guys" drove his family away. Bill chose the ideals over the family. This is a very sad thing. 

Bill did succeed at becoming a celebrity will all the downtrodden people. Every once in awhile some faceless internet troll, jealous of his celebrity, starts to slander and attack him. Some go so far as make caricatures of him. The thing about the internet is it brings out the ugly in so many people. Bill made the mistake of indulging these people. He writes about them, sues them, and gets involved in the online drama. He is unable to just ignore it. He has had to defend himself on more than one occasion. 

To sum it all up, Bill Windsor is not a bad guy. He is not a liar or theif. He uses the donations for his cause. He is not living a posh lifestyle or driving a BMW. True, he made mistakes. He chased too many waterfalls and has taken on an impossible, never ending mission. There will always be a victim. There will always be corruption. He will never find his utopia, and the sooner he accepts that the better.

But for now, his mission is to expose one person at a time. And we should respect that.

I got to know Bill Windsor after discovering his Lawless America movement. At first I thought it was me, then I thought it was others with the same issues who have the criminal Laura Drager SCJ of NYC. I then discovered it's an epidemic of judicial corruption and truly a Lawless America nation-wide. 

Finding Bill made me feel so much better - there are hundreds of thousands of judicial corruption victims. This is not sour grapes, how could there be so many of us? You don't need a JD to understand when you have a Stipulation guaranteeing your kid an amount of life insurance your ex is not supposed to be allowed to steal from that life insurance! When your ex makes $17M a year as a Biglaw partner the judge is not supposed to permit him to evict you and your child from the Condo for "financial" reasons, making the 5 year old homeless for two years.

Bill Windsor was a blessing. He was kind to my daughter although mad busy at his DC event. He knew people's names and stories, he consoled those who had no other ear. He was amazing, he uncovered a dirty secret of our country and exosed it. The MSM is too fearful to speak about the Matrimonial Mafia and corruption in government and other courts on the local/state/federal levels.

Bill Windsor is courageous, he fought the system. Bill gave so many of us hope. Bill documented thousands of crimes and ensured Congress was aware of the crimes via his movie. Congress is complicit and took no action. Bill fought on and realized the collusion between courts and legislators could only be halted by Common Law Grand Juries. Bill came up with such a profound workable idea The Powers that Be decided to halt the powerful and growing Lawless America movement.

A sham charge was foisted upon Bill, basically stopping his movement and preventing Common Law Grand Juries from being seated and removing the huge amount of corrupt officials from office. Bill exposed our Lawless America, which is a billion dollar a year industry meant to extricate wealth from families. Divorce Corp was released a little bit ago, which didn't document the fraud, collusion and crimes to the extent Bill did. Bill was a kind and generous guy, he made no money and helped thousands of us expose a horrid pervasive system. Bill was thoughtful and nice, he volunteered non-stop. Who goes across the country and makes a movie because they become aware of a huge pernicious evil overtaking two branches of government?

My only criticism is Bill didn't delegate as the Lawless movement expanded. Bill was taken down by the gov when he figured out the solution to cleaning house. Bless Bill, he's one of the good guys. The harpies should slink away, too many of us know the truth about Bill Windsor.

It is unfortunate that in his attempt to do good, he has managed to attract a few less than mentally stable people.  This report seems like  nothing more than a spiteful attempt to slander him.  I think most of the comments prove that point.  Perhaps some of it is his fault for getting down on the ground and rolling in it with them.  It's a shame that all of this petty drama stopped the momentum of something that might have actually done a lot of good in the world.  

I don't know him personally, but from what I have seen, I think Bill is a good man who had good intentions and I am disappointed that his project did reach completion.   I hope that eventually he will finish it!

I agree with what you stated. Offering victims the chance to make public the legal abuse they have had to endure is crucial in changing things for the better. A Harvard Business Professor told his class of executives in late 2004 that exposure is a corporation's worst fear. Exposing all of the problems on the worldwide web is the best way for our society, and others, to make the necessary changes in order to have a better future for everyone.

I have known Bill Windsor personally for many years.  I have not found him to be any of the things mentioned in this Rip Off Report.  In fact, I have read each comment made against Mr. Windsor in the report and find it to be against the policy of Rip Off.  First of all the comments must be "factual".  I find the comments to be "subjective" and more against the personality of Mr. Windsor than "fact".  

I have been involved in the legal system for many many years.  I have found Judges, Attorneys, Clerk of the Court to be "corrupt."  Mr. Windsor was simply trying to "expose" this corrupt system and I believe he was doing a good job of it.

When Mr. Windsor was on the road gathering data for his "documentary" film which may take years to complete not months, I watch each and every day of his road trip.  I watched every single video posted.  I found the stories to be "true" and "believable."  

RipOff Report is allowing people with "no names" and and ax to grind against Mr. Windsor failing to factually document their complaint against Mr. Windsor and it would not hold up in a Court of Law.

Mr. Windsor is one person.  He did a wonderful thing when he took the time to go to all 50 us states and film individuals in need of "telling their story."  It is a shame that the people who took the time to post the rip off report have not told the "whole story."  Mr. Windsor has "helped" people.  That is all he wanted to do and now that path he origianlly took has been taken off the track because of people like those on Rip Off report.  

Rip Off is a Rip Off not MR. Bill Windsor.  I am here to help Mr. Windsor.  He has personally helped me and I have supported his cause from day one.  If I had the money, I would put his documentary together.

Bill has already broken this site's rules: He mentions the first name of the person he thinks started this complaint with a threat of publishing her name at a later date. Bill Windsor calls this person mentally ill, which is slanderous and mean. Bill Windsor assumes he KNOWS that she is the person that has filed this complaint- FALSE ASSUMPTIONS and Hearsay. In a court of law, Bill Windsor would be charged with plagerism, based only on that. This is a prime example of his Modus Operendi (MO). He also calls this process "silly". Why then, did he offer a rebuttal? It could be that he is so attention seeking that he can't possibly pass up an opportunity to be in the "spotlight", even if he is temporarily playing the role of villian. 

Bill Windsor has attacked and stalked a woman in Missouri, a man in Texas, and is on his way to attack a young woman in California... He has filmed his stalkings of each person thus far, and has filed police reports to try to falsely punish these victims. Bill is guilty of eating most of the pies in Georgia, Missouri, and Texas. I became aware of Bill Windsor, when I read a story about him being forbidden. by a judge, to file anymore lawsuits in his court. It was the first that I have ever heard of such a thing. Therefore, I decided to look into Bill Windsor and his Lawless America.

It did not take vary long to find that Bill Windsor is nothing more than your average courthouse gadfly. Every courthouse has one. The guy who lost a lawsuit, and it shatters his entire ego. In retaliation, they sue everyone from the County Clerk, to the Supreme Court of the United States, and with each lose, their rage and bitterness grow and consume them.

As with serial litigators such as Orly Taitz and Larry Klayman, Windsor knows full well, that he has little or no reasonable hope of prevailing in any suit they file. It is the process of suing that fullfills them.

Windsor has managed to develop a small personality cult with people (usually lonely, middle age women, for some reason) and uses them to feed his own anger and ego. In return he claims that he is making a "documentary" exposing the "corruption" these people believe they face. If they will help with his expenses, he promises to feature them in this documentary.

In reality, the interviews are then simply posted, unedited, on youtube. Complete with Windsor coaching the participant on how to answer questions.

In short, Bill Windsor is an angry little man, full of sound and fury, but signifying nothing. As his followers become disenchanted and fall away, he turns his rage to them. I have personally seen him publish a list on his website, threatening to sue 35 people at a time. Their crime? Disagreeing with him.

Your best bet it simply ignore Windsor. He is a nobody who thrives on getting a reaction from others. Quite childish in his approach and demeanor, he is simply a waste of your time.

And for Gods sake, don't send him money!

 The above complaint lists several serious issues of concern to the public at large.

Windsor's usual response to criticism is to cite mental illness and criminal misconduct in the person questioning him and threaten to sue in lieu of adult conflict resolution.

Windsor's violent response to this complaint is consistent to his response to every other complaint filed against him here on Ripoff Report over the last several years.

His attempts to render the criticism invalid by attacking this website invalid is consisten with his attacks on the American Government to render certain legal decisions made against him invalid.

Personal attacks at the expense of the reporter or website do not answer the questions posed above. 

If Windsor has noticed an error of fact in the complaint above, then per Ripoff Reports procedures, he is free to produce evidence of the error and the mistake will be corrected for him.

Windsor is unable to sue anyone anywhere in the United States of America without first paying a bond and obtaining permission from the courts.

Bill Windsor said he has placed me on a list of 36 other people to sue for defamation, libel, and for criminal acts.... The only contact I have had with this man is to ask him if her realized that he was going to film convicted pedophiles in jails. I cautioned him that some of the women he also would film had children who have been molested, so there might be a conflict of interest. He originally said he would be done with the movie by last year, but he continues to travel the country filming new people and then stalking anyone that disagrees with him or who leaves his organization.

Bill Windsor also files charges against innocent victims who had given him personal information in high conflict cases. Bill also berates these victims and contacts the ex-husband or ex-wife of the victim that Bill is attacking.... He lies about his finances and says he is a non-profit agency, when he is not non-profit... He asks for money yet owns two homes, a jeep, and an RV. He promises people a movie and he just places their short video on youtube. He is a fraud and a liar.

At times, we all have an axe to grind. Currently, I'm grinding my axe in regards to Bill Windsor's pranks. I assume you already know that I pray for the day when those who eviscerate every bit of social progress of the past century will see what they're doing to the world and to all of its citizens, but I have something more important to tell you. It's often hard to decipher Bill's brainless comments.

Obviously, he flees clarity whenever it involves unpleasant shouldering of responsibility, but I suspect that in this case, if you're the type who dares to think for yourself, then you've probably already determined that it's our responsibility to make pretentiousness unfashionable. That's the first step in lifting the fog from his thinking, and it's the only way to expose his biases for what they really are.

Many people have witnessed Bill blame those who have no power to change the current direction of events. Bill generally insists that his witnesses are mistaken and blames his lewd reportages on the most ethically bankrupt slobs I've ever seen. It's like he has no-fault insurance against personal responsibility. What's more, if Bill thinks that he can make me drop to my knees and beg for mercy then he's barking up the wrong tree.

Bill recently went through a barbarism phase in which he tried repeatedly to sharpen intergroup tensions. In fact, I'm not convinced that this phase of his has entirely passed. My evidence is that it may seem at first that hectoring, sappy phonies speak in order to conceal—or at least to veil—their thoughts. When we descend to details, however, we see that he uses big words like "abate" to make himself sound important. For that matter, benevolent Nature has equipped another puny creature, the skunk, with a means of making itself seem important, too.

Although Bill's publications may reek like a skunk, Bill is willing to promote truth and justice when it's convenient. But when it threatens his creature comforts, Bill throws principle to the wind. In summary, the central preconception in Bill Windsor's paranoid style is the belief in the existence of a vast, piteous, preternaturally effective international conspiratorial network designed to galvanize a power-drunk hysteria, a large-scale version of the caustic mentality that can reduce social and cultural awareness to a dictated set of guidelines to follow.
