Scam Artist Lawyer Eli Samoocha & Sons (Aviv Samoocha & Yuval Samoocha) Stole Inheritence
My mother died in 2012 in Israel. She was a holacaust survivor. She left a home with the value of $600k USD in Givatayim which is a suburb 10 minutes east of Tel Aviv, an art collection with the value of $80k and around $200k in cash. At the time, I didn't know my mother had a life insurance policy of 1 million shekels which is worth about $330k USD.
Attorney Eli Samoocha from Israel and his sons Yuval Samoocha and Aviv Samoocha were introduced to me via friends who I ride bikes with. Anyway, it's just me as the benefactor as I have no brothers or sisters.
Well, the house was sold 4 months after moms death and I wasnt even told about it. After the first year of waiting to get money, I hired a investigator and found out that Eli Samoocha had sold my mothers house and pocketed the money of her life insurance.
It took a while til finally Eli Samooch admitted to pocketing the money and said his wife (Aviv & Yuval's mom) had cheated on him with another man - and stole the money from the sale of the house, and also claimed that his now ex-cheating wife had stolen the cash and art possessions of my mother. He claimed he was broke and working out of his home and a small office in Givatayaim with no secretary.
The private investigator later found that the art collection was sold by Eli's son Yuval to a dealer in Jerusalem for $50k which is $30k less than its value - so we know for sure that money went to his son who is also a lawyer. We tracked his bank account in Ramat Gan and can show the money was withdrawn in cash.
A police report was filed and Eli Samoocha claimed that the money went to cover his and his family debts to the "Black Market". This "Samoocha" family of scam lawyers has stolen my families money and my mothers legacy.
On top of all of that, I paid $18k USD to the lawyer to handle everything and til this day have not seen one penny in return.
