LAZER STORM ripoff,CHARGED FOR STEAMER NOT WANTED, DIDN'T INCLUDE SET OF FILTERS THAT WAS WANTED LOS ANGELES California
I ordered the Lazer Storm vacuum special, buy one get one FREE. I also ordered an extra set of filters for the vacuums. I did not want the steamer upgrade. I received the 2 vacuums ordered but was also sent the steamer and the filters were left out of the order. I was charged $119.85 for the 2 vacuums, $20.00 for the steamer upgrade which I DID NOT want and $17.97 for the filter set which I DID NOT RECEIVE and shipping in the amount of$57.00. The deal was to purchase 1 vacuum for $79.95 and the second vacuum was free. I have tried repeatedly to contact LAZER STORM by phone but the line is always busy. I then found the same vacuums on the internet at ALLBRANDS.COM for only $59.95 each with free ups shipping. I want to return all the merchandise and I want my credit card credited for the total of$214.82 plus an additional $57.00 for return shipping. Any help in this will be appreciated and if there is a class action lawsuit count me in.
