I to have joined the many being charged for services not authorized. I too have used Tiger Direct resently and remember seeing a free long distance card offer when I was placing my order, but I also remember declining the offer. I called Tiger Direct to complain, but got no satisfaction. I than remembered that AOL has TigerDirect as one of their Keyword links.
So I have emailed AOL complaining about Tiger Direct and asking them to look into this problem. I hope they will take Tiger off their Keyword list. We all need to complain. With over 80 complaints already list on Rip Off, this has to be a large operation of fraud. A class action suit might be in order, any lawyers out there want this one?
