 Wanted to try Le Allure skin care and paid for shipping and handling for 30 days trial on June 3. Shipment to house on June 8th. I started to use serum. Few days later, skin dry and flaky, itchy. I called customer service number on June 17 at 11AM 8886425524. Explained to Agent #1 that I wish to cancel and do not want this product anymore, do not automatically charge my credit card or send me any products. I have reaction to my skin. She advised me that since I did past the 14th day of my trial period, I can not get reimbursed for account been charged of $98.41. I explained that I wanted a full refund and return the product because I can not use it due to my skin reaction. I explained to her, how can you consider me using the product for 14 days if I received it on June 8. She did apologize but said account has been charged. Thanked me for calling customer service and hung up on me. I was not happy and since my issue did not get resolved, I called again. Spoke with Agent # 2. Explained the whole situation again. He apologized to what happened to me and stated it's in the policy that I am not able to get my refund even if I were to send back the product that I have not received. (Shipment #2) At this point, I was fuming. I tried to explain that this is not resolving the issue of my concern. He thanked me for calling customer service and hung up on me. Again, I called back and got Agent # 3, I immediately asked for a supervisor or manager. She advised me that all supervisors are busy. She is capable of helping me with my concern. The only difference is that the supervisor is needed only when a credit card payment is required. I then once more explaiNed my issue that has not been resolved. I told her that I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the level of customer service and I will file complaint with Business Bureau and contact an attorney because your company is ripping people off. She then said I can take 30 to 50 percent off of your order. I stated to Agent that I will disconnect this call and moving forward with a lawsuit. Stacey Garden Grove, California
