Re: Le doux eye serum, also Le doux serum and face cream.

Beware of this company! My nightmare began January 6th 2017

I’m begging with them to stop putting unauthorized charges on my credit card.

Within an 18 day period from January 20th to February 7th they have placed four additional charges on my account each in the amount of $89.99 for a total of $359.96. Along with the original charge  in the amount of $34.89 for a total of $394.85.

This began when I went on the internet searching for an eye serum. I saw a video of one that showed great results. When I tried to check on the price I was offered a trial sample of the eye serum for the cost of shipping only in the amount of $4.99. When I tried to place the order I was upsold to try another sample of a serum that would enhance the effect of the first eye serum, for an additional shipping cost of $4.99 at this point I thought about it and decided to go ahead and place the order. Yet again I was upsold to a third item and told I could get a full jar of the face cream for just 24.95. I immediately wanted to cancel and became suspicious but was unable to close down the order. In the meantime, I ultimately realized I was planning to try a new face cream so I clicked the place order button. The total of the order  I placed with the two sample bottles of serum and the face cream was $34.89. No other amount was mentioned anywhere on the order form or on the recite I printed. Nor was there any paperwork or information in the box I received from them.

upon receiving my credit card bill in Jan. 2017 I noticed two additional charges in th eamount of 89.99 each. I called my credit card company in January and told them the additional charges were unauthorized. That I had only agreed to pay for the $34.89 charge. I didn’t call the company at the time because I did not trust them and felt it would be better for my credit card co. to deal with them.

A few days ago I decided to check my credit card. Low and behold they had put two more payments of $89.99 each on my account. 

I called the company this time to check why they were constantly billing me for these three small jars of product. They claim I agreed when I clicked the purchase button to receive it monthly. Believe me there was no disclosure anywhere on the transaction indicating I would have additional charges.

I’m enclosing a photo of these little sample jars of product, if I can. The eye serum is 0.5 fl oz.,the serum is 1.fl oz., the face cream is 1fl oz. By the way the original video do not belong to them. The offer somehow attached itself  to the video.

Today I received a shipment which I refused.  This is a nightmare! I will fight this. But I’m horrified that  this could happen  to anyone! I want to make you all aware of  what to look out for. I will let you know the outcome. My credit card company is working on it and so am I.  I went on their website after the fact.  They claim the product is 100% guranteed.  Yet they have not given me a full refund of those charges.  additional charges and I really don't like the serums or even the face cream at that price.
